THE HUMANS

"EXT. FOREST - DUSK

Chalky white paint decorating their bodies. Bones and teeth strung around their necks. In their arms, BOWS AND ARROWS."

A new creature emerges. 60,000 years ago, a hominid that had been living and evolving in Africa crossed the Arabian Peninsula, entered Eurasia, and spread across Europe into Neanderthal territory.

Their new skill, which proved revolutionary, was their intelligence. Their ability to craft new tools. New weaponry. New social formations. New ways to record their thought, through story, through music, through art, and one day, eventually, through the written word.

Here come the new hunters, the new gatherers, the new farmers, artists, tribes, kings and queens of the land. Here are the inheritors of the Earth.

Homo Sapiens.

INTELLIGENCE

AND WEAPONRY.
